In this role, you will be part of ADP's UX Research team, where you will manage the gathering, analyzing, and storing of human insights in a searchable repository for ADP's cloud-based payroll, tax, HR, talent, time, and benefits solutions. You will ensure that research insights are widely accessible and easy for everyone in the organization to use, encouraging research reuse. Every day, you will be driving continuous improvement in the quality and effectiveness of insights practices and processes. By partnering with researchers, designers, product managers, and other teams, you're on a constant mission to enable knowledge management that informs our product and design decisions. In addition, you’ll be supporting the UX Research operations program, lending a hand in areas such as participant recruiting, data formats and best practices, and process improvement. To thrive in this role, you should be comfortable establishing a knowledge management and insights repository from the ground up. You know how to create a foundation and framework for insights with a focus on taxonomy and tagging, both at the global and project level. You understand how to organize various artifacts, from research reports, deliverables, and videos (bonus points if you know how to use Dovetail, Maze, or similar tools). You're responsible for establishing a knowledge management system, with a vision of how to scale in the future. By enabling the capture and organization of data and insights, you have the right blend of technical, organizational, and analytical skills. Strategy and vision.

You have a desire and aptitude for spotting User Experience research trends and bringing them into the enterprise. You'll work each day with people in the UX organization (researchers, designers, content writers) as well as with adjacent teams (product, development, marketing, and more). You are able to organize insights in a way that is logical, scalable, and easy to navigate. This includes creating taxonomies or classification systems to help identify patterns, draw connections and extract meaningful insights that speak to human behaviors. Knowledge management:

Understanding how to tag insights with relevant metadata so they can be easily filtered and searched, along with communicating best practices and establishing a governance process are key to this role. Insights communication.

You help teams access relevant knowledge from prior research, and support teams to analyze, share, and store findings and insights. You know how to develop a communications strategy across various channels, enabling the research insights to be visible and used. Continuous Improvement.

By driving continuous improvement in the quality and effectiveness of insights practices and processes, you’ll enable the UX Research team and others to solve problems with process. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent. At least 3 years professional experience in User Experience Research Operations in a software development environment. Your prior experience with research tools like Dovetail, Maze, UserZoom, Qualtrics, Figma, will give you the comfort in this role to be successful. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Sharepoint. Experience with HCM, B2B, and/or similarly complex products. Understanding of and comfort working with cross-functional roles: UX Researcher, UX Designer, UX Operations, Product Owner, and Developer. Detail oriented, proactive and organized, with good listening and follow-up skills. Effective and engaging written and verbal communication skills.
