Compensation: Top of market cash and equity compensation. Role Overview Brand Designers on the unified Design team are responsible for the design and development of the Harvey brand. This is a unique opportunity to be one of the team's first members. You would work closely with product designers and our talented external design partners. What You'll Do Brand Asset Development : Create assets for internal use, customer-facing materials, and external marketing campaigns. Media direction and production. Website and blog content. Social media assets. Presentations. Event materials and signage. Photography. Video production and editing. Motion graphics. Collaboration:
Clearly articulate design decisions to a wide range of partners, including external collaborators, multidisciplinary creatives, and internal teams across marketing, engineering, and product. Strategic Input:
Provide cross-functional insights to shape planning and strategy. Quality Control:
Solicit and deliver feedback to elevate brand quality and craftsmanship. What You Have 5-7+ years of brand design experience. Strong portfolio that demonstrates strong use of typography, hierarchy, color, and form. Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and decisions to varied stakeholders. Experience in film production, motion graphics, live webinars, and a range of social media campaigns. Proficient in various design tools, including Keynote, Google Slides, Adobe Suite, and Figma for design, video, illustration, and motion graphics. Ability to learn new mediums and software quickly. Ability to sketch ideas and quickly ideate. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, adaptable to changing priorities and managing ambiguity.
