How You'll Make an Impact Epsilon is looking for a Senior Director of Product Management with a passion to build innovative products that transform the shopping experience while leading our Onsite Retail Media team. As the lead of Product Management onsite team, you will focus on Retail Media product delivery by partnering closely with our engineering teams to ensure high quality and timely product delivery. All while collaborating with the Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure successful product development and execution from concept to launch and throughout post launch optimization. In this pivotal role you will inspire your high performing team to drive the vision to define product strategy and roadmaps while overseeing the development and optimization of the onsite product suite.

What You'll Achieve

Impact : You will drive strategic vision, development, and execution of the company's onsite retail media product portfolio for sponsored product ads (SPA), native ads, display/video, API, campaign management, and reporting. While overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimization, ensuring that the products meet the evolving needs of the advertisers, retailers, and consumers. Growing clients while maximizing revenue and profitability. Career Growth : If successful, the Senior Director, Project Management's next step would be Vice President where you will gain exposure to additional clients, teams, orgs, and more while making an impact across the retail business and within your team by supporting and leading teammates and direct reports growth and training. Thus extending your reach and knowledge inside the company.

Proven Leadership: Extensive Experience leading product teams in the retail media or ad tech space Passion for innovation: Through a drive to create cutting-edge products that push the boundaries of retail media Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions Product Expertise: Deep understanding of onsite retail media products, technologies, and trends 10+ years of product management onsite experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role Combine a unique blend of business and technical savvy, the ability to translate market requirements into a product vision, and be able to work side by side with engineering leadership to realize that vision. Strategy:

Define and articulate the overarching onsite retail media product strategy, aligning it with the companies broader business objectives and market opportunities Development:

Conduct market research and user testing to validate product concepts and gather feedback for continuous improvement while analyzing and monitoring product performance metrics. Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing regular updates on product strategy, performance, and the roadmap Market Intelligence:

Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and identify opportunities for differentiation while staying abreast of the industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
