About the Role: Contributes to the development and execution of patient opinion leader initiatives and influencer programs. Key responsibilities include patient OL identification, program management, content development, and execution of patient events. Responsible for implementing marketing initiatives, executing engagement strategies, and building compliant relationships with patient opinion leaders and other key influencers. This individual will have Rare Disease experience, preferably in endocrinology, pediatrics, and/or genetic diseases. They will have patient marketing experience and understand the nuances of connecting patient marketing execution, speakers bureau development, and POL engagement strategies. Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to): Utilizes customer and marketplace insights to contribute to the development and execution of medical marketing initiatives. Creates and manages patient speaker programs. Coordinates with internal groups on patient ambassador-related promotional activities. Collaborates with Patient marketing team in development and execution of promotional assets. Participates in annual brand planning activities. Identifies regional market insights to inform brand strategy. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field and 6+ years of relevant work experience. MBA or equivalent preferred. Experience working to implement Patient marketing programs with measurable business impact. Strong understanding of legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
