We're looking for a strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop compelling creative concepts that resonate with our target audience of scientists, researchers, and industry professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the scientific industry and the ability to create engaging content that effectively communicates complex scientific information. Additionally, we seek a leader who can inspire and motivate a creative team to deliver exceptional work. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and business acumen to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns and creative platforms that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Job Duties
• Creative Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy aligned with Evident Scientific's brand identity, mission, and business objectives.

Build and lead a high-performing creative team, providing mentorship, guidance, and inspiration. • Brand Stewardship:
Own the Evident brand visual and creative identity, ensuring consistency and evolution across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Develop brand guidelines and standards. • Concept Generation:
Generate innovative and impactful creative concepts for a variety of marketing channels, including digital, print, and video. • Campaign Concept Development:
Lead the development of integrated marketing campaign creative platforms that drive engagement and conversion. • Digital Expertise:
Drive digital transformation and innovation within the creative team. Develop data-driven creative strategies to optimize campaign performance and ROI. • Agency Management:
Manage external creative agencies and vendors, ensuring alignment with Evident Scientific's brand and project goals. • Measurement and Optimization:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of creative campaigns. Analyze campaign performance data to inform future strategies. • Project and Program Management:
Oversee creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. • Industry Trends:
Help the organization stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive creative innovation. Job Requirements
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a creative leadership role. • Proven track record of developing successful creative campaigns. • Strong understanding of the scientific and research industries. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to lead and inspire a creative team. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Proficiency in design software and tools. Desired Skills: • Experience in B2B marketing. • Understanding of data-driven marketing and analytics. • Experience with video production and editing.
