We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Content Developer & Strategist to join our North America Distribution Marketing Team in Investments. This is a hybrid role located in New York City, NY.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Implement the content development and strategy framework that supports the intermediary client segments with content that is relevant, interconnected, high quality, and easy to consume. Work closely with Persona and Channel Marketing and Sales to identify content priorities to support across the sales cycle for targeted personas. Then connect content creators to identify and coordinate content requests, gaps, and needs. Develop original content and/or work with content creators to deliver content in the right formats for activation across owned, earned, and paid channels. Work closely with content creators across the Investments organization and BNY to bring BNY’s best thinking to life in an advisor- and client-centric manner with a focus on driving engagement and commercial outcomes. Partner closely across a broad cross-functional team to evolve capabilities of and experience on the Investments website and champion SEM concepts to improve website traffic and drive familiarity and consideration. Interpret, synthesize, and share metrics of content performance. Maintain a strong understanding of the North America intermediary business, broad wealth industry, and industry dynamics. Collaborate closely with SMEs, compliance, and within the Investments and Corporate Marketing team to deliver content in a timely manner.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent of work experience required. Strong experience (3+ years preferred) in the investment/asset management/intermediary market or other relevant industry. Experience in influencing groups and individuals at all levels across multiple functions. Ability to learn quickly, innovate, adapt, influence, and lead projects. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with proficiency in writing for digital channels. Series 7 and 66 preferred. Organized, thoughtful, and enthusiastic about driving business growth.
