2K is looking for a Senior Manager, Influencer and Creator Marketing, to lead and develop influencer and creator marketing strategies across all core games, including the Borderlands, Bioshock, Mafia, and Civilization franchises. Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Community Marketing, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing our influencer and creator marketing vision for 2K’s core game titles. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for gaming, a robust understanding of influencer dynamics, and a proven track record in creating impactful marketing campaigns. What You Will Do
Influencer and Creator Marketing Develop and execute comprehensive influencer and creator marketing strategies for all core 2K games. Identify, engage, and build relationships with key influencers and content creators across various platforms to amplify game promotions and brand messages. Oversee the planning and execution of influencer campaigns, including content creation, collaborations, and live events. Partner with 2K Global Partnerships team to build best-in-class influencer strategy across core games and drive agency relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer marketing efforts with overall game marketing and community strategies. Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Leadership, Collaboration, and Communication Lead and mentor the influencer and creator marketing team, ensuring alignment with 2K’s strategic objectives and resourcing needs. Work closely with 2K Global Partnerships team and external agency partners to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive results. Partner with internal stakeholders (Brand Marketing, Partnerships, Community Management, Social Marketing, Product Management, Insights & Analytics) to align influencer strategies with broader marketing goals. Present and report on campaign performance, trends, and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior leadership. What Will Make You a Great Fit
A proven track record (6-8+ years) in influencer and creator marketing, preferably within the gaming industry. Demonstrated success in managing and executing high-impact influencer campaigns across multiple platforms. Deep understanding of gaming culture and the dynamics of influencer and creator communities on platforms such as Steam, YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and X/Twitter. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for building strong relationships with influencers, creators, and internal teams. Effective leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding and developing marketing professionals. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
