We are looking for an Art Producer to manage and oversee the production of art assets for Xsolla projects, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Creative Director, graphic designers, and other production teams to coordinate and streamline the creative process. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly motivated.

As an Art Producer, your responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks related to marketing and collaborating with project managers. This will involve scheduling, correcting tickets, and communicating with artists to ensure alignment with the tickets. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of Adobe Suite and be proficient in using Google tools, Jira, and Confluence, with a strong understanding of the mobile game industry. Project Management: Oversee the art production pipeline, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of assets. Collaboration: Work with the art director, designers, and team to align the artistic vision with project goals. Resource Allocation: Balance workload among team members and assign tasks effectively. Quality Control: Ensure art assets meet aesthetic standards and brand guidelines. Scheduling & Budgeting: Manage schedules and budgets, tracking progress and reporting to senior management. Problem Solving: Resolve production issues in collaboration with the team. Vendor Management: Oversee outsourced art production to meet quality and timeline expectations. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear records and provide updates on progress. Team Leadership: Mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment. Risk Management: Identify and address potential production bottlenecks. Requirements

Experience: Several years in art production, project management, or related fields, ideally within gaming, animation, or entertainment. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a solid grasp of the art production pipeline and creative processes. Software Knowledge: Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello) and art software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently under tight deadlines. Education: Degree in Art, Design, Animation, or related field preferred but not required. Nice to Have: Experience in specific industries (mobile games, AAA games, animation, etc.). Knowledge of 3D art production or technical art pipelines.
