You will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and data scientists to define and maintain the core crypto wallet primitives and decentralized finance products accessed by people worldwide. As a

Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager , you will hold a critical leadership role in shaping the entire user engagement strategy and execution. With broad ownership across multiple engagement channels, you will drive user interactions that are personalized, data-driven, and impactful. You will collaborate with teams across Growth, Data Science, MarketOps, and other business units to ideate, design, and execute sophisticated user engagement campaigns across media such as push notifications, in-app banners, in-app messaging, and surveys. These campaigns will require technical expertise, a deep understanding of the technical innerworkings and limitations of engagement tooling, advanced statistical analysis, and a constant drive to innovate. Key responsibilities: Lead User Outreach Campaigns.

Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop and execute complex user engagement strategies informed by data, available tooling, and deep insights into user behavior. You will identify and implement the most effective outreach strategies for long-term growth and engagement. Drive Technical Execution.

Own and optimize user engagement tooling to create campaigns that scale globally and are adaptable to changing requirements. You will architect user journeys through advanced campaign structures, focusing on critical user milestones and bespoke, high-impact initiatives. Strategic Experimentation.

Work closely with Product, Data Science, and other stakeholders to design and conduct high-rigor A/B tests. You will own the end-to-end experimentation process, from hypothesis generation to implementation, and will synthesize results with statistical depth to inform broader company strategy. Create and refine scalable, flexible processes that enable global user engagement campaigns. You will ensure that campaigns can evolve and adapt as the business and technical landscape changes, driving operational excellence. About You Seasoned Professional.

You bring 5+ years of experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, with a track record of success in user engagement, product operations, or growth roles. You have extensive experience with tools such as Braze, Posthog, Firebase, and Sendgrid. Strategic Leader.

You're a natural leader who can think both strategically and tactically, ensuring that engagement campaigns are aligned with broader company goals and deliver tangible results. Technical Expert.

You quickly master complex tools, identify constraints, and push boundaries to maximize outcomes. Comfort with SQL is preferred to empower your ability to analyze and act on data autonomously. Cross-Cultural Communicator.

Pay transparency statement (for CA based roles):

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from

$142,000 - $190,000 , plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
