ABOUT THE ROLE The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies across internal and external platforms, including, but not limited to, collateral, graphic design, photography, presentations, social media, videos and team events and communications. This position will report to the Director of Marketing and work closely with all levels in the business to effectively communicate Ambrose’s brand. WHAT YOU WILL DO Support creation of marketing collateral Create, manage and maintain property marketing materials, including brochures, flyers and presentations. Develop brand graphics and templates for internal and external audiences, including events, advertising, signage, team communications, eblasts, reports, etc. Assist in ideation of new collateral and presentation materials. Support photography and videography needs Capture photos of properties, employees and events for internal and external use. Manage third-party professional photography needs e.g. project completions, brand imagery, employee headshots, etc. Provide support to planning and production of videos e.g. property overview, client testimonial, community engagement, etc. Support content creation for social media strategy and channels Assist with ideation of campaign strategies and content. Create graphics and videos that support Ambrose’s social media strategy and effectively illustrate and communicate Ambrose’s brand, culture and accomplishments. Other responsibilities include: Manage internal customer relationship management (CRM) platform. Assist with planning and execution of internal and external events. Support the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in marketing, visual communications, graphic design, communications or related degree. Experience 3+ years of experience working in a corporate environment or agency experience. Experience working in the construction or real estate industry is a plus. Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite of programs: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, etc. Knowledge and experience with graphic fundamentals, layouts, typography, color codes, etc. for print and web. Able to prioritize, manage and execute multiple projects to a high-level of quality within a fast-paced environment. Able to work independently and collaborate within a team in the brainstorming, development and execution of print and digital content. Reports to:

Normal working hours with an understanding that occasional work will require work outside of business hours. Ambrose maintains an in-person work environment five days a week.
