(Acquiring, Improving, and Managing) RV properties, focuses on acquiring family-owned lakefront RV parks, preserving their unique charm, and providing the financial support needed for rapid improvements. We manage our parks with an all-inclusive, 12-month payment plan for seasonal stays covering site rent, year-round storage, and access to all amenities. Our goal is to revolutionize the guest experience with enhanced amenities, advanced technology, and better communication. Through strategic marketing, we aim to attract new guests, retain current ones, and keep our parks fully occupied.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Community Manager to oversee the operations of multiple communities across Alabama and Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and the ability to manage a diverse range of tasks, from financial oversight to maintenance supervision. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to community management.
What you'll do:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
Occasional Saturdays (once a month when inventory is high).
Minimum 40 hours per week.
Managing 6 locations across Alabama and Tennessee.
1 day of remote work may be considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure timely rent collection for all sites within the community.
- Analyze, manage, and report on all community utility usage.
- Oversee the rehabilitation of homes and manage the sales of homes in inventory.
- Handle the financial operations of the community, including budgeting, reporting, and analysis.
- Supervise maintenance activities and ensure the completion of capital projects within the community.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of property management experience is preferred but not required.
- Must have a valid driver's license to operate community vehicles.
- Strong financial management, organizational, and leadership skills.

Pay Range:
USD $50,000.00 - USD $60,000.00 /Yr.
