In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging multimedia content, with a strong emphasis on video and new media formats, to support marketing campaigns and product onboarding. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling assets that drive growth, support customer education, and elevate the Pearson brand. Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the Colorado, California, Washington State, New York State and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows: Minimum full-time salary range is between $70,000 to $80,000 This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan, and information on benefits offered ishere. Key Responsibilities: + Video Production: Create high-quality marketing and product onboarding videos, from concept development to final production. This includes scripting, storyboarding, shooting, editing, and final delivery. + Graphic Design: Design visually appealing graphics for campaigns, marketing materials, social media, and product-related content, ensuring a consistent and professional visual identity. + Multimedia Campaign Assets: Develop a variety of multimedia content (videos, animations, infographics, interactive media) to support full lifecycle marketing campaigns (acquisition, expansion, retention). + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to understand content needs and produce materials that enhance customer engagement and drive key business outcomes. + Creative Strategy: Contribute to the creative vision of marketing campaigns by developing innovative multimedia content that aligns with campaign objectives and resonates with target audiences. + Onboarding Content: Design and produce product onboarding videos and tutorials that simplify complex ideas, ensuring customers can easily adopt and use Pearson's solutions. + New Media Formats: Experiment with and implement emerging media formats, such as interactive video, AR/VR content, o To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
