We are seeking a creative, proactive, and highly organized Social Media Coordinator to join our team. In this unique role, you will work closely with the CEO to document their day-to-day activities, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, thought leadership, and engaging content for our brand’s social media platforms. You will also manage our social media accounts, create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and contribute to the growth of our online presence. Compensation:

$35,000

Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Filming

  • Shadow the CEO daily to capture authentic, behind-the-scenes moments that align with the company’s vision and brand.
  • Record and edit high-quality video content, including interviews, on-the-go updates, and highlights of key meetings or events.
  • Develop creative concepts and ideas for dynamic and engaging multimedia content.
  • Maintain an organized library of footage and digital assets for repurposing and future campaigns.

Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned with the company’s social media strategy and calendar.
  • Write compelling captions and posts that resonate with the target audience and reinforce the company’s voice and tone.
  • Monitor trends on social media to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative.

Engagement & Analytics

  • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster online community growth.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, click-through rates) to measure the success of campaigns and content.
  • Provide regular reports on performance insights and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Stay informed on algorithm updates and implement best practices to optimize content reach.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding across platforms.
  • Assist in the execution of broader marketing campaigns through social media.
  • Coordinate logistics for filming, including securing locations, managing schedules, and organizing equipment.

Brand Representation

  • Represent the CEO and the brand professionally and authentically, ensuring all content aligns with company values and messaging.
  • Support the CEO in building a personal brand that complements the company’s goals.


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in video production and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Canva, CapCut).
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with a knack for crafting engaging content.
  • Creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, or Sprout Social is a plus.
  • A passion for social media, branding, and building connections.
