Robert Half is seeking a Senior UX Designer on behalf of a global e-commerce enterprise. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design seamless, visually appealing user experiences for a massive audience. Duration: 6 months
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $60-67/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements, market research, and customer feedback into scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements.
- Create conceptual sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interaction specifications to guide development.
- Prototype designs using tools like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, or platforms such as Axure or Flash Catalyst.
- Develop and maintain scalable design patterns to ensure consistency and efficiency across platforms.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and present design concepts, features, and user flows to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, researchers, and product managers, to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Analyze data, usability studies, and customer insights to inform and iterate on design decisions.
Required Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience delivering UX or interaction design solutions.
- A robust online portfolio showcasing your work.
- Expertise in prototyping tools (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Axure).
- Proficiency in FIGMA with at least 3 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience conducting user research, including usability testing and concept validation.
- Skilled in building clickable prototypes for testing and presentation.
- Experience designing for mass-market consumer web and mobile products.
- Strong background in collaborating with development teams to bring designs to life.
