Graphic Designer

We are seeking the Graphic Designer, Strategy to create visually compelling and strategically impactful presentations that effectively communicate key ideas and inspire senior and executive stakeholders. This role combines exceptional design proficiency with storytelling expertise to craft branded materials that resonate with high-level audiences. As a vital collaborator with Lead Designers and Strategy partners, you will ensure brand consistency and elevate communication outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original graphic designs, including digital strategic presentations, imagery, video, and collateral materials, adhering to the brand's design ethos.
• Leverage strong storytelling skills to create impactful and memorable visual narratives.
• Work closely with Design and Strategy teams to ensure alignment and cohesion across projects.
• Build strong interpersonal connections with team members to drive collaborative success.
• Manage individual projects end-to-end, including attending internal briefings, creating work-back schedules, and maintaining quality production standards.
• Ensure deadlines and quality benchmarks are consistently met throughout the design process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Art Direction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional design experience within an agency, in-house, or start-up environment.
• Outstanding visual design skills with expertise in Keynote, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Cloud (CC).
• Strong capabilities in creative data visualization, infographics, and illustration design.
• Proven ability to translate complex information and concepts into digestible and engaging content for executive-level presentations.
• Demonstrated experience in designing high-quality presentations, particularly using Keynote.
