The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Producer to join our team. The Associate Producer will play a key role in supporting the production of a variety of videos including but not limited to: documentary-style shoots, comedy sketches, and customer story videos. This position requires a collaborative spirit, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Location + This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S. + This role will require ~25% travel The Main Responsibilities + Assist in the planning and coordination of production schedules, budgets, and resources. + Help manage day-to-day operations of the production, including coordinating meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. + Support the development of production materials, including scripts, storyboards, and shot lists. + Collaborate with writers, directors, and other creatives to ensure content aligns with the vision and objectives of the project. + Coordinate logistics for filming, including location scouting, equipment rental, and talent management. + Assist with on-set operations, including managing schedules, handling paperwork, and resolving any issues that arise. + Act as a liaison between various departments, ensuring effective communication and smooth workflow. + Maintain clear and consistent communication with the production team, talent, and external vendors. + Handle administrative tasks such as organizing and maintaining production files, preparing reports, and managing budgets. + Track expenses and assist in financial reporting to ensure adherence to the budget. + Identify and address potential issues proactively, providing solutions and alternatives as needed. + Respond quickly to on-set challenges and make decisions that keep the production on track. + Assist in the post-production process, including obtaining footage, coordinating with editors, and managing post-production schedules. + To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
