Department Summary

UNT Dallas athletics supports 6 intercollegiate sports. The department is a member of the NAIA as well as the Sooner Athletic Conference. Its administrators, staff, coaches and students follow the 5 core values of the NAIA including respect, responsibility, integrity sportsmanship, and servant leadership while also following the missing of UNT Dallas.

Position Overview

The athletics photographer will be available and capture game days, events and other special recognition assigned by the athletic director and/or athletic communications director.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 1-2 years in a collegiate athletic department setting
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Use of camera and video for marketing purposes
  • Basic knowledge of sport rules to know and understand where to stand and capture game photos and film.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree and 2-3 years' experience in an intercollegiate athletic setting.
