MODS VEGAS is hiring: Photographer/Ambassador at MODS VEGAS in Las Vegas

Museum Of Dream Space in Las Vegas, NV is looking for an on-site photographer/ambassador to join our team. We are located on 3327 Las Vegas Bl S 2732. Our ideal candidate is attentive, dedicated, energetic, and reliable.

Job type: Part-time/Full-time

Please note you must have 1+ year photography/customer service experience and your own a camera for this position.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, guide them through special experience
• Engage with outside traffic to promote store sales
• Demonstrates knowledge of product, current exhibitions and museum policies
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Handle cash or card payment and issue receipts to guests
• Ensure reception and cashier area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
• Perform general office support, including day-to-day administrative tasks and work-related errands
• Show guests how to utilize each room or equipment, ensure that they have the best experience possible
• Follow technique and equipment safety code when working on site
• Capture images in tandem with business needs and goals
• Taking photos for clients

• Must be fully vaccinated
• Great grasp of composition, framing, and lighting
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Strong organization and communication skills with a high attention to detail
• Passionate about immersive experiences and design
• Demonstrated commitment to highly productive performance under limited supervision
• Open to direction and collaborative work style with infectious positive energy and commanding presence
• Flexible on late night and weekend work shifts aligned with museum operating hours
• Must be available to work at least 5 days in a week.
• Must be able to stand between 4-6 hours consecutively
• Academic credits can be provided
• Able to adjust shutter speed, aperture, ISO, and camera focus as needed
