Overview:

Master Halco, North Americas leading manufacturer/distributor of fencing, decking, railing, outdoor structures, and perimeter security products is seeking a RFID Systems Manager.

The RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) Systems Manager must be an effective leader and be able to collaborate with people across all departments of the company as well as external vendors to achieve strategic goals.
The role of this position is to implement and manage the companys Factory Track (RFID) platform as well as optimize development of the current system.

Customer service improvement, utilization efficiency and cost control are key components managed by this position.

Extensive travel is required at up to 75%.

Responsibilities:

Job responsibilities and oversight to include but not limited to:

Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful RFID implementation
Manage the transition from start to finish at each location
Leadership of strong implementation team
Ongoing optimization and support for the system and/or locations
Convert non-technology locations to Factory Track (RFID) Systems
Ensure excellent internal & external customer service levels
Identify operational process changes to allow for a smoother customer experience
Partner with multiple departments to help facilitate system and process changes
Cost control and expense management
Financial performance metrics
Compliance (e.g., Policy, SOP, JSOX, Safety, etc.)
Special projects as assigned



Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

Five (5) years of implementing and/or supporting supply chain execution systems
Change management leadership skills
Proven facilitation and presentation skills
Well-rounded business acumen
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with people of all levels and departments to garner resources and knowledge needed to accomplish goals
Ability to identify areas for improvement and take timely action
Strong collaborator and ability to develop partnerships across businesses internally and externally
Experience developing long-term strategy and executable plans to support an organizations direction


Required Education and Experience

Bachelors degree preferred or Associates degree, two-year college, technical school, or equivalent work experience
Five (5) years plus of experience in operations leadership
Experience designing and executing operational improvement projects
Computer Skills: MS Office, Word, Excel, ability to learn software tools


Work Environment
Remote work, Office setting and field travel.


Physical Demands
This job requires the ability to sit, climb, stand, and lift and/or move. Must be able to travel.


Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. This position at times requires long hours.


Travel
The position requires approximately 60-75% overnight travel.
