Consulting Technical Director, ERP Cloud Security at Oracle in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description The Oracle Security and Controls practice within North American Applications Consulting is responsible for implementing Oracle ERP & HCM Cloud security and Oracle controls products to our customers. Our growing customer base and product portfolio offer exciting opportunities for broad and rapid skill development. We are looking for consultants and leaders who have in-depth Oracle HCM cloud security knowledge. Brief Description of the role Work as a team leader to successfully implement ERP security and preferably Advanced Control. The ideal candidate would mentor and train new analysts, work in ERP security and controls implementations, identify product gaps and work with product development to address them, come up with innovative solutions to handle customer requirements, ensure successful completion of the product. Detailed Description Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Requirements Document, design document, test scripts etc) Have the ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously Be proactively engaged with internal initiatives to create best practice library, repeatable solutions to make the implementations more scalable Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area.
