As a UX/UI Designer and Developer, you will play a critical role in enhancing the user experience of our products. You will conduct user research, develop design recommendations, and implement improvements to the user interface and underlying software systems. Your work will ensure our products are visually appealing but also intuitive, accessible, and highly functional.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive UX research using user interviews, card sorting, and usability testing to uncover user needs and pain points.
  2. Analyze user feedback, behavioral data, and industry best practices to identify emerging trends and patterns.
  3. Develop detailed user stories and product experience requirements, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs.
  4. Provide actionable recommendations for enhancing and modifying the user experience based on thorough research and analysis.
  5. Conduct in-depth UI analysis to identify areas for improvement and modification, focusing on accessibility and universal design.
  6. Recommend UI enhancements and modifications based on best practices, current industry trends, and accessibility standards.
  7. Develop UI prototypes and mockups to communicate recommended improvements and modifications visually.
  8. Design, develop, document, test, and maintain robust web and mobile applications and software systems.
  9. Deliver software engineering services, including testing, debugging, and troubleshooting, to ensure high-quality and reliable software solutions.
  10. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software engineering, particularly those related to accessibility and inclusive design.
  11. Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify meaningful trends and patterns that inform decision-making.
  12. Develop and maintain effective data analysis tools and systems to support data-driven insights.
  13. Provide informed recommendations for improvements and modifications based on comprehensive data analysis.

Basic Qualification:

  1. Proven experience in UX/UI design and development, with a strong portfolio of projects.
  2. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  3. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
  4. Experience with mobile application design and development.
  5. Experience with usability testing, user research methods, and data analysis tools.
  6. Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
