Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing & Communications to join our community and enhance our school's brand and communication efforts through multiple platforms.
Some of the role's highlights include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the school including advertising campaigns, media planning and placement, social media, e-communications, and content strategy
- Writing and editing communications, and coordinating marketing materials for Admissions, Advancement, and Head of School communications.
- Optimizing content performance by using UX/UI methodologies, Google Analytics, and school-defined metrics
- Managing an in-house creative team to develop, implement and integrate marketing communication strategies that serves the many audiences of the school.
Qualifications:
- BA or BS from an accredited college or university, required.
- Master's in communications, marketing, or related field, preferred.
- Direct experience in marketing and communications at schools, preferred. Experience could be substituted by work in a non-profit or corporate environment.
- Expertise in executing and optimizing SEO and PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic, enhance visibility, and achieve measurable results.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication abilities, particularly in marketing copywriting, with outstanding organizational and follow-through skills.
- Must be able to maintain confidential information.
