Scope:
  • Manage and oversee the company's e-store operations, ensuring efficient user experience.
  • Coordinate production tasks that support the execution of impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Craft compelling and creative copy for various marketing materials and content production.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide tools and resources that support organizational success.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Coordination:
    • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to plan, schedule, and execute content production (photo, video, and other multimedia).
    • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure timely delivery of assets and ensure alignment with project timelines.
    • Oversee copywriting efforts, assisting with the creation of compelling and accurate content.
    • Coordinate creative resources for campaigns, maintaining brand consistency across all content.
  • Editor/Proofer:
    • Review and proofread all marketing materials, ensuring clarity, grammar, and tone are aligned with brand standards.
    • Ensure content accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before publishing or distributing materials.
  • Copywriting Support:
    • Provide copywriting support for marketing campaigns and promotions, leveraging AI tools to enhance content generation, streamline workflows, and ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and strategy.
  • E-Store Management:
    • Oversee and manage the company's internal store, which provides employees access to branded merchandise, company gear, and other promotional items.
    • Ensure the store is consistently updated with relevant products, managing inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers as needed.
    • Monitor employee engagement with the store, gathering feedback and making recommendations to improve the selection, user experience, and overall efficiency of the internal e-commerce platform.
    • Coordinate promotional campaigns or incentives to boost employee participation and engagement with the store.
  • Local Listings Management:
    • Ensure the accuracy of the company's business listings across all relevant platforms (Google My Business, Yelp, etc.).
    • Maximize backlink opportunities by ensuring the business is listed in appropriate local directories and partner sites.
    • Regularly audit and update business information, including hours, locations, and contact details, to ensure consistency across the web.
  • Sales Support Tools Expert:
    • Serve as the point person for the management and use of sales support tools, including MediaValet and OneDay.
    • Manage the organization and accessibility of media assets to support marketing and sales efforts.

Education and Experience Required:
  • Associates degree required
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, content creation, or a related role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Must have excellent skills in oral and written communication.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with creative production processes (photo, video, multimedia).
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality content.
  • Experience with copywriting and editing, with a focus on marketing content.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
  • Experience using Wrike or similar project management platforms.
  • Must complete and pass a state required background study.
  • Able to physically perform the duties required by the position.
  • Required to have the ability to read, write and speak English well enough to communicate with staff, residents and visitors.
