GSK's US Oncology Belamaf brand Team is looking for a Sr Manager, Patient Marketing. This position will support key promotional activities related to marketing efforts including, but not limited to, strategic and executional campaign evolution, digital execution, CRM planning and execution, print, agency management, and tactics to help achieve brand goals and support patients, caregivers, Advanced Practice Providers, and others. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, have a passion for marketing excellence and the skills to ensure brand campaigns are patient-centered, innovative, and competitive. This position will report to the Customer Experience Marketing Director and will work in close partnership with the other brand team members and cross matrix teammates. These cross-matrix teams include insights and analytics, omnichannel analytics, copy approval (PRT), patient engagement, and global marketing. The role will help align the execution of our patient marketing plan with overall brand objectives. This position will require outstanding leadership in many areas, notably in matrix coordination. Key Responsibilities: Lead key patient-focused marketing activities and tactics to support branded initiatives for patients with an integrated, collaborative mindset to deliver optimal impact. Have a deep understanding of people living with Multiple Myeloma, their caregivers, and key stakeholders involved in the patient's treatment journey, competitive activity, and complex trends in the US marketplace (e.g., through analysis and market research), to effectively contribute to the development, approval, and deployment of marketing materials that deliver high value and impact to patients and the business. Lead the promotional material review process to ensure legal/regulatory compliance and medical accuracy of all patient marketing materials. Partner with and manage advertising agencies and other external partners on projects, workflow, and related expense budget. Partner with the insights and omnichannel analytics teams to analyze and optimize performance of marketing activities. Contribute to the annual operational planning process by shaping the DTP tactical plan and budget required to achieve the brand's stated objectives. Possess strong business acumen skills, as role is responsible for managing multiple program budgets, timelines, and processes. Ensure adherence to GSK International Code of Pharmaceutical Marketing and confirm that codes are implemented and applied appropriately. Why You? Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 3+ years of pharma/biotech marketing experience Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including some weekends. Preferred Qualifications: Marketing experiences should result in demonstration of the following: Possesses a firm understanding of core marketing principles including market analysis, consumer behavior, branding, positioning, and campaign management. Demonstrates proficiency in utilizing a variety of marketing tools and techniques such as digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems, and content management systems. Core marketing experience, including customer understanding, strategy development, and execution. Graduate Degree level (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience Philadelphia, PA (FMC Building office-based) Strong relationship building, problem solving, teamwork, project management, analytical and written/verbal communication skills. Experience influencing without direct authority and working successfully with cross functional teams. Experience bringing promotional materials through legal, regulatory, and medical review.
