Job Summary The Regional Marketing Manager is a key member of the Global Compass / RA Bloomberg account team with direct responsibility for managing marketing activities and partnering with operations to grow engagement at the 27+ US sites. We are looking for an outgoing marketing expert who is passionate about building a programming calendar that supports Bloomberg's employee engagement strategy. This individual will create standard operating procedures (SOPs), programming, marketing, communications and promotions strategies. The role will lead marketing initiative development and implementation in the North American locations and liaise with other internal sectors sharing and collaborating with marketing and operations teams in global regions where we provide services to Bloomberg. The role reports directly to the VP of Operations for Bloomberg. The role will be based in NYC and is a full-time and 5-day, on-site position, with travel. Key Responsibilities: Partnering with operations, R/A marketing resources, and Client marketing resources, to deliver a marketing strategy that aligns with Bloomberg's business and marketing goals, building our program and driving client and guest engagement and satisfaction. Refreshing Standard Operating Procedures and tailoring to each location. Planning and implementing programming initiatives across multiple sites, with corresponding marketing and communications campaigns to spread the word. Developing and directing partnerships including but not limited to external restaurant partnerships, celebrity chef promotions, and external pop-up activations. Leading pop-up retail event planning and activation efforts by coordinating with multiple teams, including managers and culinary leads across all locations. Overseeing the end-to-end process, from conceptualization and visuals to setup and flawless execution. Ensuring all managers and culinary leads across locations are aligned on goals and expectations for activations and events, driving seamless execution and shared success. Overseeing the development of weekly menu signage packages and coordination of approvals. Developing success metrics and reporting mechanisms for marketing plans and initiatives. Supporting all client reporting through monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews to tell the story of the partnership, initiatives, and outcomes, as well as all client-facing collateral. Staying appraised of dining and consumer trends, workplace, characteristics of core guest groups, local and regional nuances, etc. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher is marketing-related disciplines Minimum four years of marketing management experience required A strategic thinker and highly organized with the ability to prepare and manage budgets Corporate food service, restaurant, and fast casual food marketing experience a plus Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task Excellent oral and written communicator with strong technical aptitude who remains abreast of market business trends Broad knowledge of social media and solutions that build internal and external engagement, as well as a thorough understanding of the Internet Self-starter with outstanding leadership and planning skills, and a keen eye for details NYC based. Must be willing to travel as needed within US and globally Proficient in multiple softwares including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Canva, Adobe, Illustrator, and other relevant design software.
