User Experience Designer
to contribute to the design and development of enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating user-centered designs for technical users and enterprise tools, with experience in data analytics, logistics, and management tools.
Responsibilities:
Translate concepts into wireframes and high-fidelity designs, extending and utilizing existing design systems. Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including engineers, developers, and product teams, to ensure seamless design implementation and successful product launches. Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines. Create and manage design tickets in JIRA, maintaining alignment with team workflows.
Required Qualifications:
Tools Proficiency:
Figma:
Must have extensive experience and proficiency as the primary design tool. Lucid Spark
or other digital whiteboarding tools. Experience managing design tickets in JIRA.
Design Expertise:
Strong ability to create enterprise platform designs, particularly for tools used by technical users (e.g., data analytics tools, logistics tools, or tools similar to Salesforce). Experience with multi-user experiences, data visualization, and designing with data tables.
Collaboration:
Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable design solutions. Portfolio Submission:
Candidates must provide a portfolio demonstrating relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with
Adobe visual design tools
(e.g., Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator). Experience designing for enterprise platforms involving complex workflows and relationships.
Nice to Have:
Experience in logistics and management tools, including products that involve relationship management, data analytics, and multi-user interactions. Ability to design data-rich interfaces with visualizations and interactive elements.
Additional Notes: This role requires hybrid work, with candidates expected to work onsite at one of the specified locations. Applicants must submit a portfolio alongside their application for consideration.
