YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Digital Marketing Manager oversees the Digital Marketing team and is responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of long-term digital marketing campaigns and short-term advertising techniques through digital platforms including enhancing brand awareness and driving traffic to the company's website. This role will plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns and provides the voice for the company across various social channels and through the company website. Responsible for overseeing the company's interactions with the public by implementing social media platform content strategies, including analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in target market interactions, and planning of digital campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Oversees the Digital Marketing Team, including Digital Marketing Specialists and Coordinators. Effectively supervise staff in day-to-day activities including short-term and long-term goal planning and data reporting. Complete digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results. Maintain digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Develop and monitor campaign budgets. Set specific objectives and report on ROI Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency Oversee website strategy, design, UX, UI, and SEO/SEM optimization Develop and implement social media brand strategies, campaigns, and plans to align with business goals and company stakeholders and build brand/company awareness Using web, digital marketing, and social media analytics tools to monitor digital traffic and performance Identify the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and identifying relevant processes and tools for our industry Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Plan and overseeing organic social media strategy Drive engagement with social media influencers Coordinate and collaborate with Integrated Marketing managers, Creative Services Manager, and greater Marketing team to plan, execute, align, and implement campaigns Coordinate and collaborate with operational and functional teams (Talent Acquisition/Workforce Development, Business Development, Safety, Training, Quality) to develop and oversee effective digital marketing campaigns Write and review effective, concise copy for social networks Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end user experience across multiple channels and touchpoints. Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels. Manage social media editorial calendar Developing comprehensive social media and digital communication analysis quarterly. Knowledge of 3rd party social media applications (preferred Monday, Canva, HubSpot, Indeed Company page, Glassdoor Enhanced Profile). WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Proven track record of leading Digital Marketing Teams in achieving long-term and short-term goals. Demonstrated project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities, capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to balance a full workload while working independently, knowing when to reach out to the appropriate resources when needed. Exceptional interpersonal skills, including working collaboratively and establishing strong working relationships with key colleagues, senior leadership and executive team, and various departments. Experience writing smart, modern, optimized, engaging social media copy, including writing headlines and social language, and selecting images with social reach potential. Experience creating graphics and visuals optimized for social media. Proactive problem solver and strong instincts for when to escalate issues. Strong ability to tell a story effectively through a range of media engagements (interviews, op-eds, backgrounding, speeches, videos, etc.). Understanding of how to link communications activities to business strategy and goals. Demonstrated experience in implementing successful website strategy and SEO optimization. Ability to identify long term trends in data WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, social media, or similar or relevant experience. Minimum of 7 - 10 years' experience in marketing and/or communications management with ahigh level of experience in social media marketing. 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics. in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in Google Business, Monday, HubSpot, OpenAsset, SalesForce, and Canva a plus. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, graphic design layout, and printing/publishing skills are essential. Demonstrated ability to create a cohesive design that supports communication messaging. WORKING CONDITIONS:

General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
