What you'll Do Lead and grow a dedicated team of B2B digital marketing professionals to drive high-impact and cost-efficient digital media plans.Optimally use paid digital channels (e.g., affiliate, content syndication, social, display, sponsored, search) to accurately target key audiences to drive engagement, customer journeys and demand generation efforts.Set strategy, manage budget, interpret results and adjust strategy on a weekly basis to drive business objectives (e.g., awareness, engagement, contact acquisition, conversion and revenue). Research the latest innovations in B2B advertising approaches and find opportunities to incorporate new strategies (e.g. buying groups, dynamic ads, journey management, account-based outcomes).Partner with the SEM team to develop a comprehensive, integrated media plan to effectively reach and engage target accounts.Drive testing, reporting, optimization and analysis on channel performance to identify KPIs, benchmarks and key levers that will inform new strategies to improve performance.Deliver clear, consistent, and frequent communication with collaborators to ensure ongoing clarity on strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for digital channels.How you'll Succeed In-depth understanding of ABM demand gen and general digital marketing and how to employ the best tactics to match strategy.Deep understanding of the full funnel of advertising channels, from awareness driving display to contact acquisition, and everything in between.Highly organized with ability to develop, lead and prioritize multiple marketing programs at a team level.Experience with multi-touch attribution models and collaborating with analytics, web and technology teams.Knowledge of testing and measurement practices to optimize return on investment and evolve strategy.Familiarity with media mix models and using the MMX to influence strategic shifts.Extensive platform experience including paid social, display, CTV, PPC and SEM.Highly analytical approach to implementing, testing and analyzing campaigns.Demonstrated ability leading digital marketing strategy and running internal teams; either in-house or at an agency, preferably in Media Planning roles.5-10 years’ experience in digital marketing/demand generation or equivalent experience is desired.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $109,800 -- $240,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
