Responsibilities
Conduct thorough cleaning of newly constructed or renovated residential and commercial spaces, including but not limited to:
•Removing dust, debris, and construction materials
•Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures, and appliances
•Vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors
•Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
•Ensuring all areas are free from smudges, stains, and odors
•Clean and restore contents within the space, including furniture, fixtures, appliances, and other items, using appropriate cleaning methods and products
•Handle delicate materials and items with care during the cleaning process, ensuring they are returned to their original condition
•Utilize appropriate cleaning equipment, tools, and products to achieve high-quality results while adhering to safety guidelines and protocols
•Work collaboratively with construction teams and project managers to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
•Inspect completed work to verify cleanliness and address any deficiencies or areas requiring additional attention
•Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and report any maintenance or replenishment needs to the appropriate personnel
•Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality standards, and customer service, striving to exceed expectations in all aspects of the job
•Check cleaning specifications for each client
•Disinfect kitchen, bathrooms, sinks, vanities, tubs, toilets, mirrors, and windows
•Brush, vacuum, and sweep rugs, carpets, floors, and upholstery
•Dust surfaces and blinds
•Drive to residences to carry out a variety of cleaning services in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
•Experience in post-construction cleaning or related fields preferred
•Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
•Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
•Commitment to safety practices and procedures
•Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as required by project deadlines
•Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
•Strong time management and interpersonal skills are required
•We require the ability to lift 20 or more pounds, standing and bending for extended periods of time, and strenuous labor regularly
•Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
•Preference for house cleaners with 1+ years experience, but not required
•Applicant must have valid driver's license
