Brandon William, a creator via Night, is looking to expand their creative team. The team produces engaging content that reaches a diverse audience of folks passionate about fitness and motivational health. As such, the team is seeking a talented Lead Editor #2 to help the team elevate their video production. If you are detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about storytelling, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Creative Vision: Define and uphold the channel's creative style and branding. Project Oversight: Manage the editing process, coordinate with the assembly editor, and ensure project goals are met. Final Editing: Refine the rough cut into a polished final product with advanced editing techniques. Quality Control: Ensure high-quality and consistent final edits; check for errors and adherence to guidelines. Feedback Integration and Collaboration: Incorporate feedback from the team and align revisions with project goals. Creative Decisions: Make decisions on music, sound effects, visual effects, and color grading. Mentorship and Guidance: Guide and support the assembly editor and other team members. Technical Expertise: Use Final Cut and other tools for complex edits. Project Management: Handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met. Audience Engagement: Optimize content based on viewer feedback and engagement metrics. Content Strategy: Contribute to content strategies based on analytics and align with channel goals. File Management and Equipment: Maintain and back up project files; manage large files (up to 1,000 GB), must already have equipment to do so.
