We've created a new role, Social Media Director, to grow the reach and influence of our brand and our executives with the goal of maximizing our influence across the DFW and beyond. The Social Media Director will be asked to simply "run" our social media accounts, they will be tasked with overseeing a comprehensive strategy to grow our brands through social media, to align the right mix of vendors towards that end, and to demonstrate the explicit results of these efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the production of engaging, relevant content (posts, videos, graphics) that resonates with target audiences across platforms like Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the respective organization's goals and objectives.
  • Implement strategies for increasing followers, boosting engagement, and growing the social media presence organically and through paid efforts for all verticals.
  • Ensure that all social media content is consistent with the brand's voice, tone, and identity across all channels.
  • Work personally with top executives, to include the CEO and Chairman, to expand their corporate and personal brands.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing, adapting strategies as necessary to remain competitive.
  • Create a data dashboard and regular reports for stakeholders. Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using metrics such as engagement, reach, clicks, and conversions.
  • Oversee paid social media advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and enhance overall brand visibility.
  • Create influencer and brand ambassador strategy to amplify reach and drive engagement.
You will report directly to, and work daily with, the Senior Vice President of Corporate and Civil Strategy. You'll also coordinate closely with the Director of PR on messaging strategy as part of the strategic planning process you will oversee, as well as for more localized messaging decisions or any crisis PR needs that arise.
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Related field
  • Minimum 5 years running professional social media accounts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
