Job Description:
- We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, along with a strong understanding of user experience principles. Proficiency in Axure and Figma is required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces using Axure and Figma.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards throughout the development process.
- Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in Axure RP for wireframing and prototyping.
- Experience with Figma for designing and collaborating on UI/UX projects.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and tools.
