About the Team
Goodshuffle champions the small businesses at the heart of the events industry: the companies that bring imagination to life by providing the critical assets and services behind every event imaginable across North America. At Goodshuffle, we're transforming the events industry by equipping these businesses with next-generation technology to synchronize and accelerate their e-commerce, sales, logistics and operations.
We're a team of passionate problem-solvers-a dynamic mix of events and technology nerds-who share a common goal: simplifying the chaos of events with innovative, user-friendly technology. Voted DC's Best Startup two years in a row and celebrated as one of DC's "Coolest Places to Work," we're proud of both our impact and our culture. As we enter an exciting new chapter of growth after our Series A earlier this year, we're looking for a driven, creative, and collaborative leader to join us. Could that be you?
About the Role
We're seeking a visionary, results-driven Director of Marketing to oversee our next phase of growth. As the head of our marketing department, you will manage and grow a team that defines and reinforces strategic brand positioning, efficiently scales our inbound pipeline, and accelerates key product adoption. You will report to our CEO/Co-founder and work closely with department heads from Sales, CX, and Product to make decisions that drive the brand and business forward. The ideal candidate is a champion of marketing and business analytics, a clear and compelling storyteller, an efficient process and system builder, and an empathetic people leader/manager.
