What started as the largest denim launch in history, has evolved into an iconic and inclusive fashion line of denim, ready-to-wear, swim, shoes and activewear.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies in alignment with Good American's business goals and brand values.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of brand marketers, PR professionals, and communications specialists to execute integrated campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of seasonal marketing calendars and ensure alignment across all touchpoints, including digital, social, influencer partnerships, and events.
- Brand Marketing & PR Oversight:
- Work closely with the PR agency to ensure effective execution of campaigns and manage day-to-day communications between Good American and the agency.
- Lead the development of brand storytelling, messaging, and positioning across media and channels.
- Oversee press and media outreach, ensuring consistent coverage and strategic placement for key product launches, initiatives, and events.
- Celebrity Seeding & Partnerships:
- Manage celebrity and influencer seeding programs, ensuring high-impact, authentic partnerships that drive visibility and engagement.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key influencers, celebrities, and stylists, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships that align with the brand's mission and aesthetic.
- Team Management & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and support a diverse team, fostering a collaborative environment where creativity and innovation can thrive.
- Provide regular feedback, performance reviews, and development opportunities to team members.
- Campaign Execution & Reporting:
- Manage the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery, budget management, and alignment with brand objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on real-time data, metrics, and feedback to maximize results
Please note that this role requires to be onsite four days a week.
