ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Graphics Utility Engineer.
The Graphics Installation Utility person provides assistance with various maintenance projects including operating, maintaining, and inspecting facility equipment in accordance with written, posted and industry standards. Performs regular inspections and reports findings with recommendations to management.

Pay: $38.24. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Shift: Full Time; Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm. Benefit Information: This is a Union position; benefits will follow the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Essential Functions
- Must be proficient in using Adobe Illustrator, SAI Flexi Sign Software, Mimaki CJV300 printer, or equivalent software/printer.
- Installs and maintains graphics, decals, and other signage systems.
- Maintains and cleans mechanical, electrical, and shop areas.
- Performs tasks as assigned by the Chief Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer, Property Management, Marketing, office clients, and retailers.
- Performs simple procedures, tasks, and other routine maintenance duties.
- Functions as a team member.
- Demonstrates commitment to the quality of service.
- Complies with ABM Engineering policies and procedures.
- Maintains regular attendance in the workplace.
- Complies with all workplace rules and safety practices.
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience related to creating and installing signage, wayfinding, etc.
- Engineering skill sets which can be applied to a range of systems, maintenance programs, and engines.
- For service engineering positions, these same technical skills are applied towards operational issues versus project specific work.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues, detailed level of project management for regulatory compliance modifications.
- Excellent verbal and technical writing skills needed.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
