Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Location: Charlotte NC 28203 - Onsite role
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Pay rate: $65/hr on w2
Job Description:
Required Skills: 5 years of UX design experience, with strong skills in prototyping, visual design, and data visualization. Passion for putting the user first, with a knack for translating complex concepts into accessible, visually compelling designs. Able to connect the dots across the entire customer journey, setting strategic goals and driving impactful results. Proficiency with Figma, Axure, and Adobe CS; familiarity with Agile methodologies Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus. Design solutions that transform how people interact with complex financial data, making a lasting difference for our customers. A portfolio of end-to-end UX projects is required Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the design vision and execution across products, making complex financial data intuitive and visually engaging. Develop interactive experiences, data visualizations, and high-fidelity designs that simplify complex workflows and drive user satisfaction. Work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and researchers to bring your designs to life, fostering a cohesive vision across teams. Use prototyping, wireframes, and testing to validate your ideas and ensure designs meet user needs at every stage. Occasionally facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to gather insights and build alignment across stakeholders and end-users.
