Recruitment Advertising Consultant (Inside Sales)

Job News, a leading provider of recruitment advertising products and services, is expanding our team! We are seeking a motivated sales professional to promote our portfolio of Job Fair and Digital Advertising solutions from our Overland Park, KS office.
**Minimum 2 years of successful inside sales experience required (direct B2B sales)**
At Job News, we help employers and employees connect through our Job Fairs and Digital Products, both locally and nationwide. We are seeking dynamic and motivated sales professionals to engage with employers and build lasting partnerships through our customized recruitment solutions. In your first year, you will receive a competitive base salary (starting at $40,000/year), plus commission and bonuses!
Bonus opportunities include bonuses based on the number of deals closed, deal size, and/or activity-based bonuses.
Beyond year one, the opportunity is nearly unlimited. Recruitment marketing is an $18 billion-a-year industry and your commissions are tied to top-line sales. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our industry-leading Job Fairs in multiple markets, focusing on Kansas City, Oklahoma City, Denver, and San Antonio.
Key Responsibilities:
Build new Job Fair business across multiple markets
Create and present compelling sales proposals showcasing our creative advertising solutions through online platforms and in-person meetings
Generate new leads through direct interaction, leveraging existing relationships, cold outreach, and social media channels, supported by our industry leads
Meet sales targets by acquiring new accounts and retaining existing ones
Educate clients on how our services can enhance their recruitment efforts, ensuring a positive customer experience
Demonstrate a high level of energy and commitment to achieving sales goals
Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset, driven by the desire to control your income
Maintain exceptional customer service standards through regular client follow-up
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of successful inside sales experience required (direct B2B sales)
Familiarity with the Recruitment Advertising Industry preferred but not required
Proven track record of surpassing sales targets
Strong strategic sales planning abilities
Highly organized and effective in managing tasks
Ability to cultivate and sustain professional relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
