Position Summary... What you'll do... Walmart Connect(WMC) Marketing Operations WMC Marketing Operations are the owners of Marketing Program and Project Management, Ways of Working, Process Mapping, Tools, Budget, and Headcount. We are a team comprised of project managers, program managers, business operations and way of working experts. JOB OVERVIEW As the Marketing Operations Project Manager, you will be critical in supporting the Marketing Operations Senior Manager and ensuring team operations, P1 project management, and general support are provided across the Marketing Team. Some of the teams you will work with are Learning and Development, Client Solutions, Brand Marketing, and Growth Marketing. They lead strategic solutions that empower our partners and influence supplier investment in WMC media. You will work closely with the Directors/ Sr. managers of these teams to support with team operations, P1 project management, and become an integral partner to ensure processes are established and followed through on. You will also partner with your Marketing Operations peers. You will report Senior Manager, Marketing Operations. For this role, you must spend the majority of the work week either in Hoboken, NJ office; this is not a remote role. Core Responsibilities: Support the MOPS Sr. Manager in wide scope project management Own note taking and action planning for meetings within project management workstreams, maintaining clear records and keeping workstreams organized Maintain clear quarterly project roadmaps, new project request queues, and weekly reporting cadences to keep all leaders informed on progress Develop and communicate solutions to improve efficiencies in team operations in partnership with your manager Gather facts and understand WoW across the organization, ensuring adoption of new ways Gather learnings from pilots and then iterate on process, work in an agile model Partner closely and develop working relationships with stakeholders in client solution, brand, and growth marketing teams to streamline project management and keep things moving efficiently Support in other general team administrative tasks as needed, across all marketing teams Ensure teams are using Workfront for project tracking, management, and reporting Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field and 1 years' experience in marketing operations, business management, or related field OR 3 years' experience in marketing operations, business management, or related field. 2 years' experience using Microsoft Office tools (for example, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
