Job Description:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with experience in digital marketing, event planning, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns. Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to optimize and improve results. Manage the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for search engines.

Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute local events, trade shows, and community engagement activities to promote the company's services. Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution. Monitor event budgets and timelines, ensuring events are delivered within scope and budget.

Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage the company's social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Create and curate engaging content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing goals. Monitor social media trends, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with the online community.

Content Creation: Write and design marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, brochures, and promotional videos. Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality marketing content.

Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and materials. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Develop and maintain relationships with local media and influencers to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, event planning, and social media management. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising. Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in the construction or trenching industry is a plus but not required.
