Overview: The Mobile App Channel Content Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing content across our native mobile app channel and developing the native app communication strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of content creation, curation, and distribution for mobile platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Regional park marketing, product marketing, and design, to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and enhances user experience, preparing content for distribution.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a content strategy tailored for mobile app users, focusing on engagement, retention, and conversion. Collaborate with internal and external teams to create, curate, and manage content across various channels within the mobile app. Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve and optimize content for better performance and user satisfaction. Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to align content with broader company objectives and ensure a cohesive brand experience. Plan and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content is delivered to the right audience. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to identify opportunities for increasing user engagement and satisfaction. Ensure all content meets high-quality standards, is error-free, and adheres to brand guidelines. Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile content management and identify opportunities to enhance the app's content offering.

Qualifications:

Education required: B.S. Degree in Marketing, Graphics, Communications or another related field Minimum years of experience required: 5 or more years in marketing, with previous experience developing a successful lead generation and nurturing program A creative mindset and the ability to think about the guest experience Adobe Creative Suite knowledge preferred Strong business acumen and results-oriented Strong project management skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working cross-functionally
