Ellsworth Corporation, a global, industry leading distributor of specialty chemicals and equipment and adhesive manufacturer currently has an Integrated Marketing Campaign Manager position. This role reports into our corporate location in Germantown, WI. The ideal candidate would be open to being onsite or in a hybrid capacity (2 - 3 days onsite)

You will be responsible for the strategic development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with the company's business goals.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversees cross-channel customer-centric campaign execution across integrated digital platforms (e.g., paid, owned, and earned media) to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency. Collaborates with creative team (designers, copywriters, digital content creators) to develop visually compelling and on-brand campaign assets. Leverages data-driven insights using tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance for e-commerce metrics (e.g., conversion rate, ROAS, AOV). Manages e-commerce promotional strategies, including promotions, product launches, and sales events. Performs full range of people-management responsibilities, including making final decisions regarding hiring, disciplinary actions, performance management, compensation decisions, coaching, and development. Manages relationships with trade publications across business units, overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns to ensure effective brand presence and alignment with business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment. Proven track record of managing and delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Marketo), email platforms, and CRM systems (Opal, Monday). Experience with digital marketing tactics, including paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Experience working in an Agile marketing environment. Familiarity with A/B testing, personalization, and dynamic content strategies. Strong understanding of branding principles and customer segmentation.
