Role: AV Project Lead
Location: Culver city CA, Elk Grove CA
Job Description:
The Audio Visual (A/V) Technical Project Lead role will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of video conferencing and A/V solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities Gather requirements, collaborate with design engineers, project manage the implementation of video conferencing and A/V solutions for conference rooms and specialty environments Collaborate with Real Estate & Development, architect, general contractor, procurement, network, voice teams to develop A/V project plans, manage timelines and risks Manage the activities of A/V integration vendors including but not limited to, review and approve proposals, validate drawings, and ensure installation is in accordance with Apple standards. Track and document A/V inventory Deliver project status reports to stakeholders
Key Qualifications Deep expertise with video conferencing, A/V switching and control hardware (Cisco, Crestron preferred) Ability to manage A/V integration vendors with a wide range of design, construction, and technology specialists across multiple projects and geographies Familiar with Apple devices (AppleTV, iPad, MacBook, iMac) Ability to interpret CAD drawings and signal flow diagrams Good understanding of network technologies and security concepts Personal sense of accountability Able to multitask in a dynamic environment and complete tasks on time Excellent customer service and able to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels (staff to executive) Able to quickly adapt to new technical concepts, processes, and tools
Experience and education 5+ years related experience CTS certification or equivalent are a plus Spanish and Portuguese language skills is a plus
