Project Management Expertise In This Newly Created Marketing Manager Role
CPA Ontario is currently in search of a
Marketing Manager
who will be responsible for supporting acquisition and retention marketing initiatives with a focus on the organization's Professional Development offerings and supporting an end-to-end customer experience for our members. The Marketing Manager will be accountable for lead generation and driving sales conversion while continually reinforcing value to our members and stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing:
Developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's overall objectives and resonate with our members and stakeholders.
Creating and overseeing the implementation of strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email marketing, digital, social media content, presentations and events.
Supporting the execution of marketing initiatives and plans through effective project management while ensuring ongoing communication and partnership with stakeholders.
Monitoring and analyzing audience insights and segmentation to assess the effectiveness of campaign messages as well as tracking, managing, and summarizing campaign activity to inform future planning and strategy.
Working closely with external partners, agencies, and vendors
to ensure successful relationships and execution of impactful marketing campaigns.
Who You Are:
A post-secondary graduate with a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
A strategic marketing professional with a history of success in sales generation and retention marketing along with a track record of successful campaign development and execution.
Experienced in project management with proven success in tracking campaign KPIs and a deep understanding of integrated digital campaigns.
Digitally fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat and familiar with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
A personable relationship builder with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
A strong communicator with excellent editing and writing abilities as well as analytical and problem-solving skills, able to exercise good judgement and decision-making.
