to lead our talent marketing strategy. This role is key to driving the recruitment efforts that will shape Sploot's future, ensuring we continue to build a thriving team.

What you'll do as a Talent Growth Marketing Manager:

As our Talent Growth Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving the marketing strategy to attract and engage top talent. You'll take ownership of recruitment marketing across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid campaigns. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you'll also collaborate closely with the Co-CEOs and Founders to align recruitment efforts with Sploot's broader growth strategy. In this role, you'll work closely with the Marketing, Growth, and Talent Acquisition teams to design and execute campaigns that boost lead generation and nurture candidates throughout the hiring funnel.

hybrid position based in Denver

requiring the successful candidate to live locally.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy:

Lead the creation and management of recruitment content across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube to drive candidate engagement. Content Creation:

Design engaging and on-brand content, including social media posts, email campaigns, and video, to effectively attract and retain top talent. Paid Social Campaigns:

Plan and execute paid social media strategies to drive recruitment efforts across all relevant platforms. Lead Generation & Nurturing:

Execute campaigns to generate new candidate leads and nurture them through the hiring lifecycle with ongoing email and social media efforts. Email Marketing:

Develop and deploy email campaigns using tools like Braze or Greenhouse CRM (or similar) to engage prospective candidates and improve conversion rates. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely with Talent Growth and Acquisition, as well as the broader marketing team, to align recruitment marketing initiatives with broader business goals. Analytics & Optimization:

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies. Design & Branding:

Use design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite to create visually compelling recruitment marketing materials, ensuring all assets align with Sploot's brand.

What really catches our eye: 4+ years of experience in marketing , recruitment & talent acquisition marketing is a plus Social Media Expertise:

Proven track record of executing successful campaigns on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Paid Social Experience:

Hands-on experience in planning and running paid social campaigns, especially in recruitment. Email Marketing Proficiency:

Experience using marketing platforms (Braze, Greenhouse CRM, or similar) to design and run email campaigns. Strong Design Skills:

Proficiency in tools like Canva or Adobe Suite to create visually compelling posts and emails. Data-Driven:

You have the ability to analyze campaign performance, draw insights, and optimize based on key metrics.
