We're seeking a
Senior UX Researcher
to join our team and contribute to enhancing user experiences in the aviation industry. In this role, you'll lead user research initiatives to inform design strategies, uncover actionable insights, and ensure a seamless digital journey for our customers.
This position is ideal for an experienced researcher passionate about understanding user behavior and influencing product design through thoughtful research practices. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver best-in-class solutions in the aviation sector. Key Responsibilities
Design and execute user research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods, including usability testing, field research, surveys, and A/B testing. Gather and analyze insights from unique aviation environments such as airports and inflight experiences. Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to incorporate research findings into product development. Advocate for user-centered design by presenting research findings through compelling reports and presentations. Manage participant recruitment and testing logistics, ensuring robust and reliable research outcomes. Ideal Candidate Profile
Curious and analytical, with a deep interest in user behavior and the ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations. Experienced in conducting research in unique and dynamic environments, such as airports or onboard aircraft. Strong communicator who can advocate for users and influence stakeholders across various teams. Collaborative and team-oriented, with a focus on integrating research into the product development lifecycle. Flexible and adaptable to the fast-paced demands of the aviation industry. The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
