Job Summary: The Marketing Operations and Field Training Operations Manager will play a critical role in the commercial organization, responsible for overseeing the materials review process for marketing and and promotional assets, as well as developing and supporting the impactful field training programs and aid in program development. This role will work cross-functionally to ensure compliance and efficiency in promotional material review, while supporting the development of training initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Operations - Materials Review Management (60-70% of time) Manage the end-to-end promotional materials review process, ensuring efficient workflows and timely approvals for all marketing and sales materials. Oversee the submission, tracking, and review of materials in the content management system, collaborating closely with Regulatory, Legal, and Medical (MLR) teams to meet industry standards and compliance requirements. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to prioritize assets, manage timelines, and ensure the accurate documentation and versioning of all materials. Act as the main point of contact for the Promotional review process, facilitating cross-functional alignment and addressing issues or bottlenecks as needed. Develop and implement process improvements for the materials review cycle, including training teams on best practices and system enhancements. Oversee print fulfillment process for all print assets their deployment in ordering system and accompanying field communications.

Field Training Operations (30-40% of time) Support the design and deployment of training programs for field representatives, focusing on product knowledge, selling skills, compliance, and role-specific competencies. Leverage a learning management system (LMS) to manage training content, track progress, and measure outcomes. Coordinate logistics for training meetings and initiatives including, new hire training, leadership development training, internal sales meetings. Organize and manage timelines for training content development and PRC submissions, participate in agency status meetings and ensure training projects achieve deliverables.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations, sales training, or commercial enablement in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry. Knowledge of promotional material review processes and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in content management systems for materials review (e.g., Veeva) and learning management systems (LMS). Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing complex, cross-functional workflows. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in managing materials review processes and working closely with MLR review teams. Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms for training delivery. Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Compensation: Targeted Base: 133,102-164,420* *Base Compensation for this role will depend on a number of factors including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Base pay is only one component of the company's total rewards package, all regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or the incentive compensation program (if applicable), as well as equity.
