Roundhouse, a rapidly growing developer and manager of diverse real estate projects, is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Marketing Manager. Founded in 2008, we have operations in four states with over 8,500 multi-family units and over 1.5B of assets under management. We are seeking a proactive, results-driven individual to manage and enhance client relationships while leading strategic marketing efforts that drive resident acquisition and retention. This role is critical in creating marketing campaigns that attract new prospects and increase resident loyalty, ultimately contributing to occupancy growth and overall property performance. Acting as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and external partners, the Marketing Manager will ensure seamless communication, deliver exceptional service, and implement marketing initiatives that support leasing goals, enhance resident engagement, and promote long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and maintaining strong relationships to ensure a seamless and superior client experience. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing resident acquisition and retention across multiple properties. Manage third-party marketing agencies (SEO, PPC, and paid marketing), ensuring campaign effectiveness and optimizing performance through detailed tracking. Work closely with internal teams to craft and implement marketing strategies, driving client satisfaction and engagement. Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring consistent communication, a smooth transition, and comprehensive marketing support. Track client feedback and campaign performance, adjusting marketing strategies to optimize results and exceed expectations. Ensure cohesive marketing messaging by aligning efforts with leasing, property management, and other internal support teams. Track and analyze marketing KPls for each property, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Oversee CRM systems to maintain accurate, up-to-date data across all communities. Lead lease-up marketing initiatives and manage the transition of marketing efforts for newly acquired properties, ensuring timely and effective delivery of all assets. PM21
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in client services, marketing, or property management, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering results. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM software and digital marketing tools (SEO, PPC, email marketing, etc.). Experience with data-driven decision-making, campaign optimization, and KPI tracking.
