The Alexa Enterprise Products (AEP) organization collaborates with external third party partners to develop Alexa solutions to delight end customers. Within this org, the Alexa Built-in (ABI) team works to integrate Alexa as a feature into major OEM brand devices, expanding the Alexa footprint globally. A critical component of this integration is to establish a working relationship with priority partners to evolve and expand offerings as well as collaborate on how to drive awareness and engagement of the Alexa feature among customers.
In this role, the ABI Marketing Manager (MM) will own the marketing strategy across owned and operated channels (email, onsite, push) for Alexa Built-in. They will manage relationships with Partner Marketing, Customer Insights, Product and Central Channel teams to communicate to end users the benefits/value of Alexa Built-in to encourage adoption and engagement. The MM will craft end-to-end customer journeys and own the outbound customer communication while optimizing on messaging and targeting. The successful candidate possesses a strong bias for action and makes proactive strategic recommendations based on data and customer insights. They are technically savvy, innovative, analytical, collaborative, results-oriented and have expertise across consumer marketing space with in-depth knowledge and experience working across channel marketing
Key job responsibilities
This role requires a seasoned marketer with a proven ability to understand customer needs, develop new ideas and associated marketing plans and drive key business objectives. Key job responsibilities:
• Own the outbound marketing strategy, create multi-channel customer journeys, and execute/monitor outbound campaigns.
• Continuous optimization of marketing campaigns via A/B testing, campaign analysis, and identifying new opportunities to reach customers.
• Directly foster the relationship with internal partners (Product, Customer Insights) to communicate the most effective message for the customer and business.
• Own the analysis, reporting for the outbound marketing channel.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis.
Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
