POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Junior Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our brand presence and driving sales through effective trade marketing strategies in our distribution channels across North America. You will oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, manage in-store materials, and oversee digital assets in our distributor channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You are proactive, enjoy taking ownership, and love learning new things.
IN THIS ROLE, SOME OF YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Managing and distributing marketing assets to support trade promotions and enhance brand presence both in-store and online for all NA distributors. Developing and maintaining the distributor marketing calendar for new launches and ongoing campaigns to ensure deadlines are met. Working closely with Brand Studio and Sales team stakeholders. Supporting channel owners and accounts with day-to-day marketing requests to promote brand awareness and digital channel exposure, including managing content like copy, imagery, stills, and video. Collaborating with the Key Account Managers and sales team to align marketing activities with business objectives and distributor strategies. Serve as primary marketing point person for distribution partners in meetings and ongoing updates with all accounts. Tracking and analyzing campaign performance, offering actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement. Building and maintaining relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of marketing materials. Assisting in the planning and execution of events to drive brand awareness and sales. As needed, travel for partner meetings, event, conferences. . QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in trade marketing, wholesale marketing, or a similar role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
