The Role
We’re looking for a driven, resourceful and hardworking individual who can deliver on-brand creative, collaborate with other team members, and partner with a large and diverse teams! You love to work in PowerPoint and have extensive presentation development experience. You make it your mission to find inspiration, explore new concepts and build work you believe in. As a member of the team, you have the ability to influence the trajectory of our creative group directly through various projects.
The Expertise You Have
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or similar
Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier, and Acrobat. Bonus if there is familiarity in other programs with the platform.
Sophisticated PowerPoint design skills with a focus on using the slide masters to streamline processes in your presentations.
Proven portfolio with diverse projects that you enjoy showing off and is often the talk of all your designer friends
Team-based experience either on an in-house design team or agency design team

The Value You Deliver
Owning the creative decisions that help drive deliver top notch presentations for Fidelity's top clients
Working with internal clients to ensure the business objective of the project is clearly articulated and enough detail is available to allow the project to proceed
Analyzing and interpreting the business need to drive the creative components of the deal
Implementing design collateral, agreed to by the cross-functional team while adhering to timelines and keeping the team informed of progress
Innovating with fellow designers and business partners by giving and soliciting feedback to continually improve for quality
The Team
We support Fidelity clients by designing PowerPoint presentations that articulate the value we deliver to the plan sponsors and the plan participants. As a Creative Consultant you will work with Managing Directors, Service Delivery Leaders, and client service team members to concept and complete Fidelity and client-branded presentation materials.

Fidelity's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture.
